Audited Supplier The roll paper production line mainly includes tissue paper making machine, a rewinding and cutting machine, and a packaging machine. The toilet paper rewinding machine can rewind the jumbo toilet roll into small roll with various smaller diameters in accordance with need. it don't change the width of jumbo roll,then ,the smaller diameter toilet roll can be cut into different size small toilet paper roll. It is usually used with band saw cutter and paper roll packing and sealing machine. 
1.PCL is used in automatic rewinding, automatic delivery of finished products, immediate reset and rewinding, automatic edge trimming, glue spraying, and sealing at one time. Instead of the traditional waterline trimming, a new trimming and sticking tail technology is realized. The finished product has a 10mm-20mm paper tail, which is convenient to open and use. No tail loss is achieved, which reduces costs.
2.PCL is applied to the finished product during the rewinding process to tighten first and then loosen, to solve the phenomenon that the paper core is loose due to long-term storage of the finished product.
3.Apply the base paper monitoring system, and stop automatically when the paper breaks. In the process of high-speed operation, real-time monitoring of the base paper reduces the loss caused by paper breakage and ensures the normal operation of the equipment at high speed.
