Advantages of mobile grain dryers
1. High production efficiency and fast drying speed. A dryer with a diameter of 2.4m and a height of only 5m can dry 2t of corn (5% precipitation) per hour, and can dry 40 tons of grain in a day (20h), every 15min. The grain completes a cycle and can be reduced to safe moisture after 20 cycles.
2. Easy to use, the dryer can be moved, and a 40-horsepower tractor can not only pull it but also drive it. Can be taken to work anywhere, saving food transportation costs.
3. The grain circulation speed is fast and it takes less than 10-15 minutes to complete a cycle, so high air temperature can be used without causing the grain temperature to be too high. Grain is always in a state of constant mixing and flow, so it dries evenly and evaporates water quickly.
4. Drying and slow-suspension are carried out at the same time. The high-temperature dried grains are sent to the top with a vertical screw for a short period of slow-suspension, which facilitates the diffusion of moisture inside the grain outwards, conforms to the rules of grain drying, and helps ensure grain quality.
5. Utilize a short drying section and high-speed grain circulation to replace the slow flow in a high tower. The height of the machine is greatly reduced. In addition, due to the use of grain internal circulation, a huge elevator is omitted. Therefore, under the conditions of high productivity and precipitation amplitude, the machine is light in weight, small in size, compact in structure, small in floor space, easy to manufacture, and greatly saves steel.
6. High-speed unloading and convenient feeding. Although the dryer operates intermittently, the average efficiency is high. It only takes 5-15 minutes to unload the grain. Drying is not affected by the moisture content of the raw grain. When the moisture content is high, it takes more time to circulate. There is no need to install the dryer.
